Pricing Structure

Meeting and Event Planning Fees

Each meeting or special event is unique. I will need to gather some information from you in order to get the scope of your event. I charge a reasonable hourly price for the leg work that will go into Planning the details of your special day. So that we’re all on the same page, I will give you an estimate of my planning hours ahead of time, so that you can stay within your budget! Please contact me for an estimate of your base planning fee.

Onsite Supervision of Meetings and Special Events

Special Events and Weddings:
$50.00 per hour (with one hour of complimentary set up)

Corporate Meetings:
All day meetings with evening events: $45 per hour
Day Meetings only (8am-5pm) $50.00 per hour
Half day meetings or less $50.00 per hour

Vendor Handling Fees

As I already have relationships with many vendors, such as tent companies, florists, etc, I am able to negotiate lower rates on your behalf. I add a 15% commission to any vendor service that I secure for your event. I pledge to ALWAYS find you the lowest possible price when contracting with outside vendors.

Site Selection and Contract Negotiating

Site Selection:
The charges for this process will be reflected in your base planning fee. I only require that you or your company provide my travel, food, and accommodations for the duration of my visit to a specific property.

Contract Negotiating:
Scenario #1:
I will negotiate a rate for you with a specific property, and the venue will then pay me a commission on the contract for bringing them the business. With this scenario you will not be charged directly for my negotiating services, because the hotel will actually be paying me commission.

Scenario#2:
The venue does not accept commissionable contracts. Front Porch will negotiate a rate on your behalf with a specific venue, and then charge 10% of the total contracted value back to you or your company.
